This includes rescheduling appointments, accommodating customer needs Prioritizing calls, debriefing with technicians, ensuring all calls are completed, dispatching after-hour calls, and handling digital leads Backup to CSR's, Dispatchers, Digital Lead Specialist, and the Install Coordinator when needed Communicate clearly with team members and stay updated on training and educational opportunities to perform these duties efficiently Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for YOU!
